Locked out?
Local recovery requires the recovery kit created during setup. Losing every recovery factor can make a zero-knowledge vault unrecoverable.
Sync problem?
The vault distinguishes signed-out, syncing, offline, conflict, forbidden, and revoked states without discarding pending ciphertext.
Support boundary
A production support channel, identity-verification procedure, and incident process must be approved before launch.
