This development disclosure records the current implementation, not a consent decision or production cookie policy. Counsel must review the final technology inventory and jurisdictional requirements before launch.
Current local storage
The interface stores an explicit light or dark theme choice and a bounded auto-lock preference in browser local storage. The web vault uses IndexedDB for wrapped keys, authenticated ciphertext, and opaque sync state. These are not advertising profiles.
Current network behavior
No advertising pixel, behavioral analytics SDK, cross-site tracker, or production consent manager is configured in this repository. Server health and security evidence are aggregate and operational.
Launch gate
Any analytics, error-reporting, consent, attribution, embedded-media, or support technology must be inventoried, minimized, contractually reviewed, disclosed, consent-gated where required, and retested before activation.
